Hello, I’m Bill Lannon from Timber Ghost Realty Duluth. I work with both buyers and sellers of rural property. I spend a ton of my time outdoors hunting, fishing, and exploring the property. Because of this, if you’re a buyer I can understand exactly what you’re looking for in your dream property. So why a newsletter for Timber Ghost Realty Duluth?

Simply put, I want to provide you with as much information as possible. But, let’s break it down a bit:

  • Info for buyers: Getting information on what properties I have that are featured and available is important. These properties are listed on my website, on realtor.com, and elsewhere, but putting them in a newsletter helps me to connect in another place with you, and hopefully, get you into the rural property of your dreams. Additionally, at Timber Ghost Realty I have learned the biggest hurdle clients confront is Financing. Therefore we have compiled a list of lenders from previous clients who have reported back to us. These lenders are very comfortable in lending and underwriting raw land, recreational property, and rural property purchases. They also have a firm grasp on complete title work and underwriting loans on properties in Rural America.

  • Info for sellers: This newsletter will feature recently sold properties that I have listed. These are to inform you about what kinds of properties are moving, what the prices on them were, and inspire you to sell if you’re ready to do so.

  • Info on the market and upcoming events: The market is always changing, and I want to use this newsletter as a way to highlight trends I’m noticing, as well as to inform you about upcoming events in Minnesota and Wisconsin that I’ll be attending.
